Two things i already knew:
1) the rule of thirds-"The is that an image should be imagined as divided into nine equal parts by two equally-spaced horizontal lines and two equally-spaced vertical lines, and that important compositional elements should be placed along these lines or their intersections"
2) grab good bites- a sound bite is a short phrase your interviewee gives
Two things i now have learned:
1) Use Trucking ShotsTrucking or dolly shots move with the action.

In this article it talks about a policeman who approached a vehicle on I-394 in Minneapolis. He pulled over a woman and saw that she had a gun; in order to protect himself he shot and killed her. The 394 highway was closed for several hours and backed up traffic for many miles. Police had to document the entire incident. The woman may have mental health issues because she had gone to the police station earlier and said that she was not only a threat to herself but also to others. Officer Zarrett is now on administrative leave while the county investigates the incident. Zarrett has been with the department since 1998 and has has 16 letters of commendation in his file.
